1. About Insuryze

Insuryze is a business and IT consulting firm focused on the insurance ecosystem. We provide strategic advisory, technology implementation, and access to proprietary digital tools and SaaS platforms for insurers, brokers, and startups.

2. Scope of Services

Our services may include:

• Business and digital transformation consulting
• Strategy workshops and innovation sprints
• Access to SaaS-based tools, analytics dashboards, or prototypes
• Custom-built solutions and product development support

Each service is subject to a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Subscription Agreement, which outlines specific terms, deliverables, and obligations.

3. Access to Digital Platforms (SaaS Products)

If you are granted access to any of our proprietary platforms:

• You must keep login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized individuals.
• You may not reverse-engineer, replicate, or resell access to our tools.
• Use of the platform is limited to the agreed purpose and duration defined in the agreement.
• Insuryze reserves the right to monitor usage and suspend access for any misuse, breach of contract, or unauthorized activity.

4. Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance

We are committed to safeguarding personal and business data. Insuryze processes data in compliance with applicable data protection laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.

5. Confidentiality

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including software, tools, frameworks, and content developed by Insuryze, remain the sole property of Insuryze unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client-specific solutions may be governed by joint IP or licensing agreements defined in individual contracts.

7. Payment Terms

Fees for services and subscriptions are outlined in the relevant proposal or agreement. Invoices are payable within the agreed time frame. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services or access.

8. Limitation of Liability

Insuryze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our website, platforms, or services if you breach these Terms or any agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and access to digital tools will be revoked.

10. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or recommend third-party services. These are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for any issues arising from use of third-party tools.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform updates. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
